Who we are

Sparro (https://sparro.tech) is a professional communication coach. This policy covers the marketing site and, when you use the app, the coaching product. Questions: hello@catalistclub.com.

This website

This page does not collect personal data. There is no waitlist form, no analytics script, and no advertising tracker. If you write to us, your email lives in that correspondence — not in a list we built from this site.

The app — recordings and coaching

Sparro is voice-first. When you practise, we transcribe your audio so the coach can respond to what you actually said. Storage of recordings is opt-in, in plain language, before any recording happens.

• Store my recordings so my coach can track progress. Required to use the rehearsal loop. You can delete anytime, in one tap, for real.
• Use my recordings to improve coaching for everyone. Optional, genuinely. Unchecked by default. If you say no, we have not and will not use your recordings beyond coaching you.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your speech or transcripts.
• We do not give employers access to individual weaknesses.
• We do not infer personality, intelligence, employability, mental health, or “native-likeness” from your voice.
• We do not use your recordings to train general-purpose AI models unless you separately consented to improvement use — and even then, only for coaching quality, not for a public model dump.

Delete my data

In the app: Settings → Delete my data. Recordings, feedback, insights, and event plans are deleted from our servers, audited, gone. Confirm once, then it is done.

Processors

The product uses cloud transcription and language models to produce coaching notes, and a database in India (ap-south-1) for learner records. This marketing site is hosted on Vercel. We keep vendor access as narrow as the coaching job requires.

Children

Sparro is built for working professionals and college seniors. It is not directed at children.
